Part-Time Customer Service Assistant (8 to 12 hours/week + weekends)



What do we need?
We are seeking a high energy, customer service oriented, team player.  A high school diploma is required and customer service experience is preferred.  A comfort level with computers, technology, and people is a must.


What would you do?
Check in items, inspect items, check out items, process holds, collect fines and fees, place meeting room reservations, and more.  In  addition, Customer Service Assistants also work the Computer Lab Desk assisting patrons with various questions about the Internet, applications, printing and usage. 


When would I work?
Approximately 8 to 12 hours per week (afternoons) with at least one evening  per week and one to two Saturdays/Sundays per month.
